Hi there,
My package RS265654957CN was sent on Oct,09, but since Oct. 10 the tracking seems to be stuck in Guangzhou . Can someone help me?

1. Your parcel has been On Route to Italy since the 10 Oct. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and give him the tracking you have. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is wrong with your parcel.

2. If by 25 Nov you don't see any movement on the Italy Post site, then open a dispute to get your money back. The parcel may have been lost or misplace.

1, Your parcel is On Route to your country Spain. It can take from 9 to 36 days for a parcel to be deliver to you from China.

2. Your parcel is fine, you need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the Spain Post to see if any new tracking will show up.
