Hi there,
My package RS264641679CN was sent on Oct,12, but since Oct. 13 the tracking seems to be stuck in Guangzhou . Can someone help me?

2016-10-12 17:30:16.0 Guangzhou international parcel process center received
2016-10-12 18:05:26.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2016-10-12 23:35:08.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou Airport
2016-10-13 08:41:55.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-13 14:33:48.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

1. Your parcel has been On Route to Italy since the 13 Oct. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and give him the tracking you have. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is wrong with your parcel.

2. If by 25 Nov you don't see any movement on the Italy Post site, then open a dispute to get your money back. The parcel may have been lost or misplace.
