Hi there,
My package RO239853138CN was sent on Oct,9, but since Oct. 15 the tracking seems to be stuck in Shanghai. Can someone help me?
Here is the tracking situation:

2016-10-09 23:30:56.0 南昌city 包裹快递局 received
2016-10-09 23:33:01.0 南昌city 包裹快递局 customs scan
2016-10-09 23:49:07.0 leaving 南昌city 包裹快递局 ，next station 南昌station
2016-10-10 07:46:26.0 南昌Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-10 08:58:39.0 南昌Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-10-12 19:28:06.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-12 21:39:03.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

2. According to the above tracking and your tracking, your parcel is On Route to Italy. Now it's up to the Italy Post when the parcel arrive or when they can to scan the parcel and give it to the Italian Customs for clearance.

3. May I suggest you read this for you country:

4. Your parcel is fine you just need to wait for it and continue to track your parcel on the Italy Post for any new movement.

5. If you don't see any movement on the Italy Post site by next Friday, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

I am going to keep it under track as you suggested, do i have to use the same tracking number in the italian post website to keep it under control?

1. Yes you use the same tracking number, in fact if you go to the Italy Post site you should be finding 2 scanning for the parcel.

Finally no update in the tracking number provided. I tried to contact the seller but he refuses to help me and contact the local post Office for information. It's been since more than a month i'm waiting for this package. Anything else suggested?
