1. Parcel to Italy can take from 11 to 28 days. Your parcel is fine, it need only that Italy Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do so.

2. You need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the Italy Post site for any new update of your parcel. Your parcel is On Route to your country since the 21 Oct.

Ma qualcuno sa dirmi se è normale che il pacco impieghi più di un mese per arrivare in Italia??
Nelle mie poche esperienze passate il massimo era 20 giorni.. :(

1. You might want to tell seller that you have not receive your parcel first and depending what he is going to say, you might want wither to wait or open a dispute.

Ciao Aurora magari prima di chiedere il rimborso prova a chiedere al venditore info sulla spedizione molte volte ti allungano anche il tempo a disposizione per il recapito cosi puoi sempre richiedere il rimborso nel caso non arrivi nulla.

Hello Aurora maybe before you ask for a refund try asking the seller about shipping info many times they also lengthen the time available for delivery so you can always request a refund if you do not arrive nowhere.
