2016-10-25 18:49:00.0 Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center customs scan
2016-10-25 19:58:00.0 leaving Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center
2016-10-27 05:33:11.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-27 11:57:50.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-09 17:34:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-11-09 18:02:11.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-11-22 00:18:17.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan

Do you have any idea about the timing of the delivery? I made my purchase on October 24 and I have not received my order. Moreover, there is a specific reason for the double export security scans in Shanghai?

1. Your parcel tried once to depart:
2016-11-09 17:34:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport

2. But unfortunately there was no room on the Aircraft for the mail bag. So the mail bah was reschedule, so it tried again on the:
2016-11-22 00:54:18.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

3. Please make sure that the seller is aware of the situation about your parcel and that you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.

4. Parcel to Italy should take in normal condition between 11 to 28 days to arrive. When will your parcel get scan by Italy Post, that I can not answer you. Right now it's the most busiest time of the Year for all Postal Office in the World, so mail is very slow.
