Hi everyone,

I sent a package from China 23/7/2016. Today I called the italian post and they said my package last info was in Shanghai and then they don't know anything about it. They think is lost. I don't know what to do because I'm not in China now. Help me!!!

The parcel in On Route to Italy. I don't see any problem so far.

3. Was the parcel heavy, was is sent by sea, if yes then look at this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?
