1. Have you contacted the seller to explain to him your problem, maybe he can contact China Post: 86 20 11185, to find out about your parcel.

2. Have you contacted Italian Post: 39 803 160, to find out about your parcel.

3. Your parcel maybe already in Italy at the Italian Customs Office getting clear. The time it's spending in Customs does not count as traveling time for your parcel delivery estimate.
