Hi, I need help! It's a week that the tracking of my shipment is freezed. Can anyone say me if there is a problem. Why on Poste Italiane website I can't find my shipment! nr of tracking RL208888772CN.

Ciao. Ho bisogno di aiuto. E' da piu una settimana che il tracciamento non si aggiorna. Non so se il mio pacco ha lasciato la cina o meno e dove si trova. Perchè sul sito delle poste non risulta niente? il nr di tracciamento è: RL208888772CN.
