Salve, ho ordinato un pacco verso i primi di marzo, il pacco è partito da Hong Kong il 13 marzo:
- (Poste Italiane) 2016-03-12 14:40 HONG KONG, Partito dal Centro Scambi Internazionale;
- (China Mail) 2016-03-13 00:00 Italy, The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 13-Mar-2016.

Da allora non ho ricevuto più aggiornamenti, verrò informato quando il pacco arriverà in dogana o solamente quando sarà uscito dalla dogana e sarà in mano alle poste?

La situazione si è sbloccata oggi, ora è a milano.
