Hi, I would like to have information about RI970342094CN. It’s been a month since the tracking isn’t updated. Is there some problem?

2. Normally parcel to Italy Estimate Arrival Time is between 11 to 28 days. Your parcel has been on the road for 41 days. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

3. It might also be the Italy Post that did not scan your parcel yet because there is to much incoming parcel from overseas to Italy.

4. But from the tracking I found, there is nothing wrong with your parcel.

Hi
Aliexpress is the seller.
They say they're in contact with china post.
A week ago, China Post trough Aliexpress said that it should have arrived in Milan post office (ITMILA).
I contacted Italy Post and they say it never arrived in Italy.
I think it's customs.

How can we solve that?
Everyone seems to know nothing about it. I need to get it done now. I'm short on time.

1. If by the end of the days next Wednesday the 02 Nov you have not receive your parcel and you are not able to track your parcel on the Italy Post for new movement, then open a dispute because you have not receive your parcel from China.

2. Last chance for your parcel to get to you is 02 Nov, then you know what to do.

3. What I don't know about Italy Post, if they scan the parcel before it goes to Customs or only after Customs has clear the parcel.
