1. You need to tell us if this is the tracking number for your parcel and which carrier the seller is using to send the parcel. I could not find any tracking for it.
Also which country you bought the shoes.

I'm sorry I think you got scammed, this site doesn't even use HTTPS for loging in and checkout. It isn't reputed, old enough or have a commercial email address. You should check the URL before cash out next time, a well reputed site will always use SSL (which means the URL will begin by HTTPS instead of HTTP).
