Post HELP ORDER EXPIRED

Hello, recently I bought some goods from http://kritmani.com the tracking (my tracking number is RH338736291CN) said pending for 2 weeks and now it switched to "expired".

Is this normal? Should I contact the seller?

1. Yes your should contact seller as soon as possible. The tracking number was a valid tracking number but it's not in the China Post system. This mean the parcel was never mail.
