hi, I have a pack ( RJ881890845CN )party October 15 from China, I contact my mail and told me that the parcel is stopped in Signapore from November 14, because it is still standing there? how can I do?

1. Either you continue to wait for your parcel or open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.
