Hi, I've ordered a hoodie from China, tracking number is: RU755948779CN.

Now, from what I understand from the tracking, the hoodie has left China (I've checked differents sites (17track, Chinapost, Trackingmore, Poste Italiane ecc..).

I know it's just an hoodie, but I fear the customs service will check the parcel anyway since I paid 53$ for it. I've checked the estimated delivery times on your site and (without any problems) I should get the parcel just before I leave home for holiday (30th august), but only if the customs services will not check it.

So, my questions are: does your estimated delivery times include customs services or just the delivery times to the country? If it's just how much it will take to arrive in my country, isn't a bit strange the fact that my item has been already sent out of China? It just took one/two days.
Final question is: basing on your experiences, will my hoodie be delivered within 28th august?

Hi again, I don't know if you're able to see it, but I need to know if my parcel has arrived in Italy or when it will arrived (not when I'll received it, but only when it arrives in Italy).

I just received a new update which says "Hangzhou departure", but the last update was " leaving Hangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport".
There were problems or it's just the tracking which is a bit mess?

PS: If I got it right, you can't track the parcel when it leaves China, and you can track it again only when it arrives in your country (on your post service), right? That's why there are no more updates on my tracking?

Last question: http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows that my parcel is held by customs at MILAN ROS., while Italy Post says my parcel is held by costums at MILANO LINATE. Which one I have to believe to?
