ePacket is available for Italy?
Is more quick than China Post Airmail?

1. According to this site yes:

USPS ePacket® Service Expands to Hong Kong

2. Yes it should be faster then China Post Air Mail.

3. Just ask the seller for confirmation. It should cost maybe 2 to 3 dollars more to send your parcel and should be deliver to you within normally 3 weeks or before excluding the time spent in the Customs Office of both countries.
