Send parcel CC178672571SE 20170727 and is in custom import in China since 20170731. why? when can receiver receive it? what do I must to do?
Please help me

Since your parcel arrived China two months ago, it should have been already delivered to receiver(sometimes parcel will be delivered without showing record in website). If your receiver claim that he has not got the parcel, you should start investigation with Sweden Post and inquiry who signed the parcel.

Do you mean that anyone else may has gott out the parcel? and if so what happens?
What do China Post in this case?
