Hi! Two weeks ago I made an order via Aliexpress website. Seller shipped my order on the 2nd of March but till today there is no update on order tracking, it just says electronically information received. Do I have to worry that my parcel has been lost or there is some kind of other problem with its delivery? If possible, could you help me and tell me where is my package?

Ask him has he handed over the package to the courier.

you seller did not actually ship the goods. read following article:
