Dear Sirs.
Sent a parcel November 13, 2017 Ukraine-Chile, since December 6, 2017 is in China in transit (or got to China by mistake), the last message on December 8, 2017 Please tell me where the parcel is located and when it will be delivered to the addressee in Chile.

....wow! Yeah, that must be a postal routing mistake, I can't see them shipping via China on purpose.

The parcel left China for Chile on 08.12.2017. Shipping to Chile is slow, often 30-60 days, so it's not surprising that the parcel hasn't shown up yet. Unfortunately, it's normal for there not to be any status updates while the parcel is in transit between countries -- the next update will come when CorreosChile receives the parcel and scans it. :/

Sorry that I'm bored, I'm about RQ010216987UA , what can I do if after 60 days the parcel does not show up in Chile.

your parcel obviously was shipped to China by mistake.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund.

If it's a parcel that you sent from the Ukraine, unfortunately there's not much you can do -- these kinds of items (Registered Mail) usually aren't guaranteed against loss or delay. If the parcel seems lost, though (no more updates even after 60 days), you can have UkrPoshta open a trace. They will try to figure out where the parcel is, and contact other countries' postal service as necessary. This can take a long time, and doesn't mean they'll find it, but at least they have to try and investigate.
