I have sent a post on 5/ Oct by EMS to Switzerland. Tracking number EA242648539CN. Since 12/ Oct my post left export office. Until now there is no more information updated.
Can anyone tell me where my post is?
It is urgent!

EA242648539CN left china on Oct 12. Normally it should arrive Switzerland in 2 weeks. It is strange that you still have not got the parcel.

You need ask shipper to file investigation to China Post EMS department. If you purchased insurance, you might need to claim lost parcel compensation.

It is not a parcel. It is a mail that I posted to my friend from China to Switzerland. It takes incredibly long time. And they keep on asking to wait. It is insane

My parcel was sent by ePacket since 22 September and another one has been left China since 2 October. All parcel should be in Switzerland long time ago, but until now, still no update information from the tracking. The shipper and logistic company can not help, they wait until they see that the parcel arrive. They always say , we have to check with Swiss post. When the product never arrive, nobody can see the record. The only thing can do, just wait until the buyer protection time are over. Then we can open depute and claim back money.

In you case are similar to my case. Have to wait and claim back money.

Today I got news that Switzerland has 70 tons of parcel including the letter which are not deliver yet. Swiss doesn't have enough people to work for that. All worker which should have come and work just did not come. So all package still are at the Swiss post airport. Have to wait until they could be delivered. Your letter could be among with this mountain of Parcel.

How long is the buyer protection time? Mine is trough EMS. I am planning to ask for compensation.
