I placed an order on 17 Jun and got a tracking no LZ492274534CN since then I've heard nothing, despite sending emails. Can you advise where this parcel is.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ492274534CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
