Hello sir,

My parcel is 'export customs ready' since 3th of April. It is the 12th of April now and it didnt changed. My other packages which were sent the same time, are allready received ( within 8 days ).

Can you tell me why it is freezing since 3th of April?

the parcel no.RF624257515CN has left China and is on the way to Europe. Parcel status will not change when it is outside china(you can check the parcel which have arrived your home, the status still shows in China). Nothing needs to be worried.

Normally i can see in Aliexpress that the parcel LEFT China, from there i cant follow it, but you will always see a confirmation that the parcel left.

so what you say is incorrect. It hasnt left the country. So where is it?

It would probably still in Guangzhou, waiting to be boarded into a plane to Europe.

ok, but i thought this boarding was a daily routine? so that every day a plane was leaving for europe. So thats not the case?

how long do you think i will take maximum?
