My parcel has been stuck in London Heathrow HWDC for 6 days now and I can not get any further information.
Do you think my parcel is lost or maybe customs have seized it??

The parcel is now in the hand of Royal Mail. Google phone number of your local Royal Mail office. They should know delivery detail. If Royal Mail can not find the parcel, it should be lost.

Which tracking site do you use?? I have tried several different tracking sites and checked with royal mail track, however I can't get the info??
Could it be possible that customs at HWDC have seized my parcel??

I have spoke to Royal Mail and they have not received the parcel. They advised it could still be in China and not even have been sent yet. Is this correct??

China Post does not have this parcel anymore. If Royal Mail can not find it, it should be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
