Hello guys, im from italy.
Why the pack is still in the same place from about a month?
31336167218 is the tracking number. Help me please :)

31336167218 is China Post ordinary parcel number. This is a cheap service for low value item. China Post will not pay labor cost to scan it after the parcel left original city, so you can not know exact location now.

Based on our user reports, china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 10 weeks to reach Italy.

Maybe other people paid with expensive shipping service such as ePacket.

Also depends on destination. If they are close to china then of course they will receive it faster. Common sense
