My tracking number is 'LZ838902899CN'. The last update is "Item returned from export Customs/Security". Does this mean it is still coming or was there an issue?

no need worry. The parcel just arrived UK today. Royal Mail website shows Your item has reached Plymouth Mail Centre. You will get it very soon.
