Please help me locate a package RG674596445CN. It is frozen since 8 of December. Should I open a dispute

RG674596445CN was sent to airline on Dec 8. Nov and Dec is busiest time of the year. Shipping space to Bulgaria is very very tight. Normally it will wait about 30 to 60 days to get space to your country in this season. Please be patient.

LS351485329CN Should have been at my home by now. It’s been 4 weeks. Where is it?

USPS website shows the parcel was delivered on Dec 28. You should check your mailbox and see if the parcel is there. If you can not find your parcel, go to USPS office in LAS VEGAS, NV 89146, they made the delivery.
