Hello,

I have one AliExpress order which has been shipped to me, to the Netherlands. Tracking no RF236633668CN

The last update I had was on May 12th which said:

2016-05-12 21:05:32 【北京】Shipped by air

Now it's the 21th and I cannot track this package in my own country, nor does AliExpress order my shipping status.

Can anyone tell me where my package is?

the parcel is outside china now. it will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks before arriving Netherlands. You can not know exact location at this moment(none scan and update the parcel location status after it left China).

Tracking information is temporarily unavailable. If necessarily, please verify with the carrier.

Please help me track my package. Thank you.

1. After tracking on 3 different sites this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment

2. Your parcel was never put into the China Post mail system. You should contact seller as soon as possible. You could also open a dispute to get your money back.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "electronics data received", this means your seller did not ship the goods. read following :

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?
