Tracking number: UD139066941CN says reached destination country on 19th February but i have not received it. I contacted my local postal service and they have no record of it. I know it’s not in Ireland as it is impossible that it would be delivered here two days after leaving China. It was sent by standard post. Can you please trace this package? Please don’t tell me it is in Ireland as it’s not! If there was an issue with it I would have been contacted by customs for proof of purchase but I haven’t received anything. My address is my work address and have been using the same address for years and always received my packages. I have confirmed the address is correct. The whole package cost €3. If it has been scanned in Ireland to confirm arrival in the destination country can you please check what airport it arrived in as surely it must give that information once scanned. Thanks

UD139066941CN is china post ordinary parcel. Ireland Post does not scan such parcel, so you can not know its status in Ireland. It might be lost, stolen or simply seriously delayed.

If I can not get the parcel after 8 weeks of payment, I will open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund. This is the only thing you can do for long-time-non-arrival parcel.
