Hi,
When did you get these numbers? For both I came out with same result: Parcel#RI968700348CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with ! from this website: http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php Read this: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=461 If it's been more than 10 days contact the seller so he/she call China Post.

States delivered in UK but I live in US and the address is correct on the order.
It looks like this is a regular occurrence!

Hi,
I see two possibilities:
1. Seller confused the orders and gave you tracking number of someone else
2. Seller gave you deliberately the number of somone else.

Contact the seller for clarification asap.

It seems like your package did not make the security scan in China.

I would claim for refund due to lost package as the item was not returned to the seller for so long.
