Dear China Post,

About tracking number EE470664135CN, I just got the response from you today that you said seems like my package has been lost! But when I asked you last week about the same package and same tracking number, you said due to the chinese holiday, it will arrive next week! My question is how do you determine that my package has been delay or lost by one week? Looking forward to hear your answer!!

Hello, can you please check on my package, EE470664135CN. It has not moved since 27sep 2017. Can you tell me where is my package? Normally ems takes 7-15 days !! Thanks

normally EMS will arrive Europe in 2 weeks. Since there was one week holiday in early Oct. So we add extra 10 days on estimated arrival time and suppose you should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks in my last post. Now over 4 weeks and you have not got the parcel, we can assume the parcel is lost.

RY543234995CN was just shipped by your seller from local china post office . you can track other tracking number shipment date by yourself in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

Yeah, thank you so much .l was hoping you d tell me what "Hangzhou center export customs scan (domestic transit )
" means and if is ok that the parcel is that place for 8 days now .l m tracking the parcels on 10 diferent tracking sites and there is not one that says the same thing with the other .Thank you anyway
