Can anyone advise where my parcel is please China or the Uk...I ordered on the 28th November with a expected delivery date of 28th December..I can track till the 13th December then nothing...Tracking Number LX023848165CN

now is busy season, airline space to UK is tight and import processing is very slow. You might need wait one or two more weeks to get the parcel.

China Post volunteer can you please tell me where this parcel is China or Uk????Am I able to track once in Uk or not???Thank You

Your parcel is in airport waiting for shipping space. You can track it in Royal Mail website once it arrives UK.

It says my Parcel should arrive on or before the 28th December....If it’s not I’m going to open a dispute...No updates at all since the 12th December is a joke...Sellers must know there’s a problem with shipping space before taking your money and giving you an estimated date for delivery...I’m so pissed off now it was supposed to be an Christmas Present!!!!!
