Hello!
On august 26, I orderd 2 phone cases, my tracking number are RF336156507CN . When I try to track it, it says:

Why import customs scan? Is it lost?

3. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible so he might be able to call China Post for your parcel. Please give him the following full tracking:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RF336156507CN tracking result
2016-08-29 00:36:58.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-09-02 14:23:38.0 福州Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-09-03 08:41:48.0 福州Transit Station import customs scan
2016-09-03 10:27:36.0 福州Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

4. You parcel is possibly returning to the seller.

I'm waiting for an answer from tha seller. But I didn't order a phone, just a case that you put on the back of the phone. Does it still count as a forbidden item?

1. No it's not counting has a phone but the scanning of the parcel detected something similar as a phone. So I would not be surprise that the parcel did not pass the Customs check because of this. It depend also what the seller wrote in the declaration form.

2. May I suggest you read this also:

What can I do if tracking result shows “rejected” or “Safety Check Rejected” ?
