I noticed my packaged arrive at the UK facility yesterday afternoon (25 Aug).
How long could it before it's delivered to my address. Thanks

it depends on Royal Mail processing speed. Normally it should be delivered in one week.

I just checked the tracking number just now and according to the tracking history it now says it was delivered today at 12.06pm, which is odd because that was 3 hours before I contacted yourselves about when it would be delivered, which means it could not have been delivered to my address. What happened if it was Royal Mail they would have left a card if I was not home but I was home. Bottom line I never received the package, so where did it go.
It is a package that does not fit into the mailbox !!
To whom was the consignment handed over? Where is the signature for the reception and who has signed it?

Royal Mail website shows your parcel was delivered by post office in LIVERPOOL SOUTH PDO. You'd better contact them for delivery detail.

Well considering I live in London and not Liverpool which is the other side of the country over 250 miles apart from each other that might be hard!!!!, so now what?

You should open dispute to seller as he shipped the parcel to wrong city.

We only know seller shipped the parcel to Liverpool and delivered by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail has no reason to deliver a London parcel to Liverpool. The only reason is that seller printed other people's address in your order or gave you wrong tracking number which belongs other people's order.

If you purchased the order with destination address in London, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/amazon whichever you paid money to.
