Post Tracking Status Not Updated

I made a purchase at ebay 10/Nov/2017 . The seller gave me the tracking number : 66280794832 .
But the tracking status is stuck at "leaving Beijing shipping center ，next station center".
What does this mean exactly? Is my package lost?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
