I bought jacket from ioffer never happend before it showed for 8 days pending now its turned to expired ? LX309135989CN He said when it was pending he contact post office and they need to update ? Is it fake tracking and what can be done ?

Yeah he told me wait 4-8 hours to update he said he send 9 april ! Why they lying like this ?
