Hello ChinaPost Admins,

I have purchased an item from ebay from Guangdong to Albania which was shipped on 27 October 2017. The lastest update for it's tracking is "sent to airline", and it has been stuck there for around 2 weeks. I checked the estimated arrival chart to Albania and it said that the longest arrival time was 19 days. For me, it has been almost a month of waiting. Should I be worried? Do I contact the seller and ask for a refund yet?

Your parcel left china on Oct 27. now is rush season. shipping time to Albania might take 3 to 6 weeks. you can not see new status until Albania customs releases the parcel to Albania post. If your buyer protection is not expiring, no need open dispute to seller for refund.
