Dear Concern,
The package sent by the above tracking number has not reached me yet. It was sent in August and its almost 4 months now. Post September there is no track of the item. How do I know if it has reached my country or not.

Hello.
This parcel is shipped via China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, that mean this package is only trackable until it will be shipped out from China. So it's untracked service. If it not arrived yet to your home, contact seller.

you should open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel.
