Where is my Package
There are no Updates since the 12th of November. It says departure import customs Frankfurt , but i didnt recieve the Package. The no is LF231725994CN
Please help

parcel arrived Germany on Nov 12. Germany POST(DHL) has taken over the control of the parcel after Nov 12. Normally it should be delivered to receiver in one week after parcel passes import customs. You can ask Germany Post for help. I hope they did not lost the parcel.

well I sent a package Germany to China on 26th October and I still didn't get it.but it's on the route so good luck!
