Hi, I recently ordered an item off a website called iOffer on the 18th, the next day the seller marked the item as shipped and added a tracking number, however, since then the only thing the tracking shows is that the post office has not processed the package. The seller has an overall rating of 99% and has sold over 4400 products. The tracking number is: LX061868894CN. I know it is a busy season with Christmas and all but come on, 5 days and the package hasn't even been processed by the post office?! The package was sent using epacket.

If your seller says the item has shipped but the tracking number isn't live 5 days later, you should consider opening a dispute for non-shipment. Usually the tracking number shows up online within 48 hours after China Post receives the parcel.
