I shipped a package from Athens to China via registered mail.
The package appears to be stuck at Beijing since January 19.
Can someone tell me what is happening?

VR163383202GR should have customs clearance or duty payment problem. Ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

This is actually a return. I bought a phone from China and it wasn't working at all, dead. So I made arrangements with the seller and shipped it back. It shouldn't have any duties or taxes levied on it.
I am worried because some ebay sellers are not very business minded.
If it's not too much for me to ask, do you know why is it marked "Beijing center export customs cleared"?
Why export? It's incoming not outgoing.
