Below is the tracking result of my parcel.
It seems to have not left China yet.
Can you help me track this parcel?
If it is lost, please advice at soonest possible time.
So I can claim for a refund from the shipper.

your parcel should be ok. shipping time to Philippines might take up to 4 weeks, your parcel is in normal time frame.
