Hi, could you please update me on the status of my order? The tracking number is RY679728676CN.

It says ‘sent to airline’ on 9/12/17, but has not been updated since and I am unable to track it through Royal Mail. I have contacted the seller Bare Soul Apparel three times and am yet to receive a response.

the parcel is still on the way to UK. you can not see new status until UK customs releases the parcel to Royal Mail. Now is buys season, you might need wait 4 to 6 weeks.
