Similar happened to my package. However I received a message stating that the package is returned to the sender straight from Wuhan (LZ747551901CN). Tried calling EMS, but had to wait a long time 15m+. Can I contact them via email or otherwise. Please advice?
Package contains earings and magnets. So nothing special. Unclear why package is send back to sender. How should I proceed?

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. You can not get this parcel anymore.
