Please help me, what can i do? I track my parcel which arrived in Beijing at 16. 11. and status was not changed since that date.
The tracking number is RB938371270CN

RB938371270CN stuck in Beijing over one month. Normally this means the parcel is lost or returned to shipper. You should file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.
