Hello.

My parcel: RB848950085CN have had the status "DEPARTED" since 2013-11-06.

As I've understood it this status means that the parcel have left the China Post warehouse but it is still waiting for the airline to take it to Sweden.

Will there be another status update when the airline has dispatched it to their cargo aircraft? Will there be another update when it arrives in Sweden, for Swedish mail logistics to distribute it to me locally?

Would be handy with an explanation of the various steps in the logistics process, this would make it easier for the end-customer to understand where the parcel is in the process - and it would solve a lot of questions in this forum.

No is going on with the packages, one I've been waiting two months without changing the state. This is hopeless. Dates are buying lot, but I think that is too much delay.
