Tracking system says that my parcel leave China on september 19th but, 23 days ago, I didn't get it yet. Its is possible not to have any information? Where is my purchase?

RB676622324CN might still be stuck in Beijing airport like many other parcels during holiday rush time. You need to be patient and wait another one or two weeks to get your item.
