Hello, I don't know what is happening to my order. First it got stuck i ''Waiting for transit airline space'' for 10 days, and know it appears ''Departured'' in a lot of locations, ZRH, Beijin, GVA and then MAD. The destination country is Spain. Do you know what do this messages mean?

RB319828344CN is now in Madrid. You need to contact your local post office and inquiry the delivery date and parcel location.

Than you for this information, I will try to contact the local post office as you said, but now I don't know if my order is in Madrid because those strange messages are gone, the last message is now ''Departured Beijin''. I don't know what it is happening.
