Dear Admin,
I am awaiting a parcel with the tracking number RB202844535CN. Tracking services say the current status is NULL - PEK since December 16th 2013. Can you give me more information on the status of this shipment? Is it still in transit? I really appreciate your help, thank you!

you can track in track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. if the status shows as "sent to airline", normally you will get it within 2 to 3 weeks. if not ,you need open a dispute:
