i have a tracking number for a parcel RB889155175CN, that 7 days now no info appears in any tracking system. i ask my provider how comes, (i m using china mail very often, never had to wait for that long to see at least the destination country on, or that the item was received from customer) and he said that is in custom clearance and should be more patient. is he telling the truth?
i told him before a month passes to find out what went wrong, if there is something wrong with the parcel, to check it out. i have more parcels waiting to come, and from more recent dates that are already in the system.
can you find out what is going on?

RB889155175CN is a fake number. China Post has never received this parcel. You should report fraud with your credit card company or paypal.

well i submitted a ticket for this order, telling them what you told me and that if i dont have an honest answer i will report to paypal. parcel was shipped according to them on 20th of december. it should appear on the tracking system by now. right?

ok the most funny thing is, if you track the number on track-chinapost.com you ll see it with destination Netherlands. i say it goes to neverlands haha, no answer from provider yet, have to wait until tomorrow, monday to see how they will reply...
