I have another package with a mobile phone brand "Doogee" ... Perhaps this is a pirate brand, and leather is if you will not go through Customs control, that I immediately start the refund?

I believe your mobile phone has battery inside,right? if yes, then it can not pass security check and will be returned to seller. you should open dispute and claim refund.

Could you tell me what's happening with my item, RB624408215CN its not moved since 30th March?
The seller lied to me for 3 weeks saying the item had been sent but then when tracking finaly appeared it said send on 30th, but its not moved at all since then and I cant find any information :-(

sometimes status will take about one to two weeks to be changed. track it again on April 10th. Now China is in memorial day holiday.

Problem is, that I come from Slovenia, my  package is in Slovakia. Seller sent a package to the correct address, as demonstrated by the photo address in the package. When will I get my Package?
