The seller gave it 14 Days back but no tracking information available yet.

Please help me! Is it true that it will be sent back after a long time like this?

Sorry, I did not read the title of this post and posted a new one instead of adding to this one. Maybe the moderator can delete my other post....

I'm waiting for a parcel from China. The status on the China Post website hasn't changed for weeks. It says: Export Customs Scan. Can anybody give me an updated status and inform me when I can expect my parcel?

Tracking number is RG001876332CN.

RD106604740CN is my tracking number.
It's been stuck at "Export Security Scan" (Location, Urumuqi) for 18 days (Since 26 september).
It is a smartphone with one battery.
Is the battery a problem?
How much longer do you think I have to wait before opening dispute?

Tracking no is: RI163356697CN

It's been 20 days since the package has left China. (Sep.25th)
But still hasn't arrived to my country. In normal conditions, I would have got the package in this period.

I already got my other packages which left China on September 29th, 30th ,etc.
Where is this shipment? Can we know the current place, situation?
